A community celebration for women and girls featuring 5K and 10K runs/walks that inspires healthy individuals to build healthy families, workplaces and communities. The event supports local charities including Victoria Women's Transition House and Victoria Hospice.

EVERYTHING TO KNOW 2027
We will send a detailed email the week prior to the event to explain lots of information. In the meantime, read up below.
When does registration close?
Online registration will close on March 3, 2027 unless we sell out before then. We sell out every year! If spots available, you can register at race package pickup on Friday or Saturday. Email or check the website to see if we are sold out before then.
When is Package Pick-Up for the live event?
Package pickup times will be confirmed in February, 2027. What are the 2027 course maps?
This is the course map for 2026. We don’t anticipate any changes for 2027. We will also have marshals on the course to help you. CLICK HERE for the map.
WhERE CAN I PARK?
For those of you that are not familiar with the park, enter off of Elk Lake Road. There are 2 parking lots that you can park in. You can put Saanich Commonwealth Place into Google which will get you to the right road. CLICK HERE for map of area.
Can I switch my event distances?
Yes. You can change your distance at race package pickup.
ARE THERE PRIZES?
We have lots of prizes, including our Bucket Prizes! Prizes TBA.
Can i switch my shirt size?
Shirt sizes are ordered specifically for each person, so unfortunately there are no exchanges. There will be a tent set up at our Festival to exchange with others who may wish to switch their shirts.
When participants choose to register as part of a team what does that include?
We will have prizes for a variety of our team categories including: mother/daughter duo, extraordinaire pair, triple threat trio, the quad squad and the whole dang gang! We will not be printing team names on shirts or using this for any other purpose.
Can I get a refund?
We can not provide refunds or deferrals for any of our events.
DO YOU NEED VOLUNTEERS?
Yes we will definitely need volunteers. If you are interested, please reach out to cathy@goddessrun.ca.
What businesses will be at the festival on sUNDAy?
We will have our Goddess supporters and charities and more! And of course the big banner for your Instagram ready moments!
What are the road closures on Sunday?
The Goddess Run will be taking place on the trails at Elk and Beaver Lake, and thus road closures will not be necessary in 2027.
do you have a covid-19 policy?
Based on the current Provincial COVID-19 mandates, we do not have a masking or vaccine mandate to participate in the 2027 Goddess Run. If, in the future, the mandates are changed by the Provincial Health Officer, we will require participants to acknowledge that they agree to the mandates at the time of the race.
What if the live event is cancelled?
If COVID-19 restrictions are mandated by the Province of British Columbia, causing us to have to cancel the event, no refunds or deferrals will be issued. The event will become a virtual event and you will still receive your swag.

We're going to recognize more of our Goddesses in 2026 with ribbons in each of these categories.Girls/women - Top 5 in each age category for 5K and 10KUnder 15, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 plusNon binary - Top 3 overall in the 5K and 10K.Boys/men - Top 3 overall in the 5K and 10K.
What is a Virtual Run?
A virtual run is a walk or run you do on your own course. You receive your Goddess Run swag in the mail and then complete your run during our event window (March 8 - March 31, 2026).
Where do I post my Virtual Results?
Upload your results to Race Roster, send us a picture or post a picture on the Goddess Facebook Page or Instagram with #goddessrun by the end of the virtual period (March 31), showing you have completed the event distance.
Do I have to post my virtual results?
It is your decision if you wish to post your results.
