Pacer
Pacemakers are announced for the 5 km and 10 km races via the start programme (startlist) and indicated on site with pacer flags at the start. Follow the pacer’s flag and timing to stay within your target group.

How much does it cost to participate?
Registration costs kr 300 for both the 5 km and 10 km races. The price increases by kr 100 to kr 400 for the 10 km if you register less than 14 days before race day.
