Über die Veranstaltung
Quang Ninh Department of Culture and Sports and Halong City People’s Committee are administrative organizations with effective and proactive apparatus. They have organized successfully many large-scale cultural, sport and tourist events in the area. Quang Ninh Department of Culture and Sports is the co-organizer of the Halong Heritage Marathon. The department undertakes security, transportation, health care and environmental sanitation to ensure the safety of athletes throughout the routes.
Verpflegung & Versorgung
The race will offer multiple aid stations with water and energy drinks at strategic points along the course to support runners.
Pacer
Professional pacers will be available for various target times, helping runners achieve their personal bests. They will carry flags indicating their target times during the marathon.

If I do not complete the race within the specified time, will I still receive a Finisher’s t-shirt and medal?
Athletes who do not complete the distance within the specified time (mentioned in the regulations) will not receive a Finisher T-shirt and medal. The athlete’s performance will not be recorded.
If I cancel, will I get a refund?
The program registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
What paperwork do I need to complete before race day?
All athletes must confirm the Disclaimer before collecting the Racekit. Those authorizing others to collect the Racekit must sign an additional authorization form. For participants under 18 years of age, consent from a parent or guardian is required. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to refuse athletes who do not have the declaration form from their parents or guardians.
