Über die Veranstaltung
Kosta Trail is a solidary sports event held on the Basque coast featuring a demanding mountain race (21 km), a mountain march (20 km), and a family walk (7 km). It combines sport, nature, and inclusion, supporting the Fundación GaituzSport Fundazioa to promote physical activity and sport for people with and without disabilities.
Verpflegung & Versorgung
MARCHAS EN AUTOSUFICIENCIA — participants must carry their own water and food. Water refill points are available at the three traditional Uribe Kosta locations near the course.
Pacer
Pacemakers are announced on the event day (Renntag) with specific start waves and pacer flag numbers for the Media Maratón. Pacers help runners maintain target times and are identified by flags at key points on the course.
