Pacer
Pacers will be present on the 5 km, 10 km and 16 km adult races with target times displayed at the start area and reflected on timing for each start wave. Pacers carry flags and will pace to advertised target times shown on the event schedule (e.g., 9:00 for 5 km, 10:00 for 10 km, 9:30 for 16 km).

Do I need to bring a certificate or undergo a medical check?
Adult participants in the 5 km, 10 km, and 16 km must provide either a valid FFA license or a Parcours de Prévention Santé (PPS). Minors must present a completed parental authorization form; children born after 01/01/2015 may participate in walks free of charge.
What distances are available for adults?
Adults can run or walk 5 km, 10 km, and 16 km. Walks also include 9 km, 12 km, and 17 km.
Are there aid stations on the course?
Yes — aid stations with water and light refreshment are provided on the adult course routes and at the finish; walk routes also have arrival-area refreshments.
Can children participate?
Yes — children can run the 800 m (born 2007–2009) and 1500 m (born 2003–2006), or join the walks with a parent.
