Über die Veranstaltung
Lake Züri 100 is an ultra trail for experienced runners, organized by experienced runners. It features 106 km with around 3,200 meters of elevation gain. The event serves as an official qualifier for the UTMB World Series and Western States 100.
Verpflegung & Versorgung
The course features 5 aid stations: Albishorn (KM 19, restaurant with toilets and personal support until 09:15), Sihlmatt (KM 30, restaurant with toilets and personal support until 10:30), Etzel (KM 50, toilets with personal support until 15:00), Boulder Halle Jona (KM 62, bistro with toilets, dropbag accessible, personal support allowed), and Pfannenstiel (KM 82, toilets with personal support). Food includes pasta with vegetarian or meat sauce at the finish, 2 warm meals at Boulder and finish, and drinks throughout. Note: cut-off at Boulder Halle Jona is 17:00 on Saturday; Pfannenstiel cut-off is 20:00 on Saturday; last evaluated finisher at 23:59.
