Sport, Solidarité & Convivialité — a convivial morning run/walk event organized by Fruges Active Club on the last Sunday of August in Fruges, supporting the association Les Étoiles d’Océane in pediatric cancer care.
Verpflegung & Versorgung
Buvette and on-course refreshment stations available; aid stations are positioned along the 5 km and 12 km routes and at the finish.
Pacer
Pacers are defined for the 5 km and 12 km races on the race-day schedule (start waves and pacer flags). Pacers help runners maintain target splits; follow the designated pacer for your wave to stay on pace.
