What are the age requirements for each race?
Mälarömilen (10 km): minimum age 14 (under 18 requires parental consent). Mälaröfemman (5 km): open to all ages; children under 12 should run with an adult. Lilla Mälarömilen (3.2 km): ages 9–13. Mälarö Knattelopp (0.5 km): ages 0–8 (under 6 must be accompanied by an adult).
Is registration open and how do I sign up?
Registration is open online at https://malaromilen.se/en/register/. Sign up closes 7 days before race day; after that, late registration is available on-site for an increased fee. Limited start slots apply — registration may close early if the event fills.
What are the entry fees and payment options?
