Can I register on-site on race day?

If distances are not sold out, on-site registration is available up to one hour before the start. Card payments are accepted. Are bib transfers allowed? For online transfers, you may request a distance change through your Race Roster account up to 28 days before the event. A $6.95 fee applies for switching to a shorter distance. To change to a longer distance, you’ll pay the price difference plus the $6.95 fee. If you are within 28 days of the event, changes can only be made in person when picking up your bib. The same $6.95 fee applies for a shorter distance, and for a longer distance, you’ll pay the price difference and the fee. For transfers, we require the new participant’s name, city, and date of birth, as well as the donor’s consent (by email or signed letter) and proof of identity for both parties. Are registrations refundable? We do not issue refunds. However, we accept bib transfers and distance changes up to 1 hour before the start of the races. A $6.95 fee applies. Cancellation insurance is available when you register online on Race Roster*. You must select the option when you register to be eligible for this program. For more information, contact help@protecht.com See eligibility requirements. Can I change my race distance? The organization allows participants to change their race distance—for example, from 21.1 km to 10 km—provided the request is made before the deadline and the desired event has not reached its maximum capacity. A $6.95 administration fee applies to all distance change requests. If you are upgrading to a longer distance, you’ll need to pay the price difference based on the current event prices (including any promotional codes used). If you switch to a shorter distance, no refund will be issued, and the $6.95 administration fee will still apply. Can I register for the 1 km race even if I am not running with a child?
