FAQ

Who can participate in the 5KM MARCHE and the kids’ races?

The 5KM MARCHE is open from age 6; kids’ races are 1km for ages 6–9 and 2km for ages 10–13.

What are the age rules for timed adult races?

5KM Course requires participants to be 14+; 10KM Course and Marathon require participants to be 16+.

What documents are required for adult timed races?

A valid race license (FFA) or a Pass’ J’aime Courir completed by a doctor, or an insurance-attested certificate of eligibility.

What documents are required for minors in timed races?

For 14–17 year olds: a completed health questionnaire (available on Njuko) and a medical certificate of non-contraindication less than 6 months old.

Where and when can I collect my race number?

Race numbers can be collected Friday 19 September 16:00–19:00 and Saturday 20 September 08:00–18:00 at the Village, Esplanade Saint-Louis in front of Château de Vincennes. They cannot be collected on Sunday.
