FAQ
How do I register?
Registrations are open to runners with a valid UTMB Index from Sept 2–4, 2025, then to all runners until filled. No waiting list. Ensure you have a MyUTMB account and your race results linked.
UTMB Index registration priority?
A 48-hour registration priority window applies to runners with a valid UTMB Index. Without a valid Index, registration opens after 2 days.
Registered but no confirmation?
Check with your bank for charges. If uncharged, try again. If charged, check Spam folder or contact via the contact form.
What's the deadline for registration?
Registration remains open until all places are filled; there is no waiting list or re-opening.
Rules & Regulations?

Registration cancellation?
If you have cancellation insurance, you may be eligible for a refund depending on the reason. Without insurance, no refunds are possible. Use your registration dashboard to cancel.
Repatriation insurance?
Individual insurance covering search and rescue in Italy is mandatory and not included in the registration fee.
Medical certificate?
Per Italian law, a medical certificate is required to validate your registration. Details are provided on the website.
Bibs collection?
Race bibs must be collected in person by the registered runner. See the general bib collection schedule on the site.

Assistance during the race?
For SDV120/MRT80, aid stations allow one supporter per runner. For WWT43/RMT15, no external aid stations are planned.

SDV 130: 4 Running Stones; MRT 80: 3; WWT 43: 2; RMT 15: 1. Stones are assigned on your MyUTMB account.
