A popular regional festival featuring a full day of races — a 5km fun run/walk, 10km fun run, half marathon and marathon — set through the picturesque Mudgee valley with vineyard and river scenery, plus on-course catering, prizes and award presentations.
Verpflegung & Versorgung
On-course catering includes water stations, plus a wine station in the Mudgee valley sections of the marathon and a dedicated fruit/soft drink/electrolyte aid station at the 3.3km mark on the 5km and 10km routes. All routes have multiple aid stations with water and electrolyte drinks.
Pacer
Pacers set target times per start wave shown on the 'Renntag für Laufende' page: Marathon pacers pace to 3:15 (A), 3:30 (B), 3:45 (C), 4:00 (D); Half Marathon pacers pace to 1:30 (A), 1:40 (B), 1:50 (C), 2:00 (D). Pacers display flags for identification; runners are asked not to wear headphones so they can hear instructions.

FAQ
When and where can I pick up my race kit?
Race kit pickup is at Race Headquarters in the middle of Lawson Park. Saturday afternoon 2pm–5pm (bring your confirmation and smartphone). Sunday morning pickup is available until 30 minutes before each race start with your phone (check-in via the QR code).
Can I transfer my entry to another runner?
Yes. Log into the Crowdcatcher site with your entry email/phone, invite the recipient to accept the transfer, and they will complete registration for the event.
Are headphones allowed during the race?
No. For safety and to hear race officials, headphones/earbuds are not permitted. The only exception is bone-conducting headphones that do not block hearing.
What are the cut-off times?
Marathon: 5 hours 30 minutes overall (12:30pm); mandatory drink station cut-off at 4 hours (~33km) by 11am. Half Marathon: 4 hours. Results are published on the results page.
Is registration available on Sunday?
Online registration closes at 4pm on Saturday 22 August and is not available on Sunday. Late registration may be offered if capacity allows.
