Pacemaker groups are outlined on the 'Race Day for Runners' page, with target times per start wave and Pacerflaggen displayed at the front of each group. Pacers are experienced club riders here to keep the bunch at the agreed tempo, discourage early splits, and ensure safe, coordinated racing.
