FAQ

What is the minimum age for each race?

Half Marathon: 17 years; 10K: 15 years; 5K: 11 years; Little Bundles Family Mile: under 9 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I transfer my place or get a refund?

Transfers are possible until 16 August by emailing info@northstowerunfest.co.uk. Withdrawals up to 5 weeks before the event receive a partial refund (£10 cancellation fee); no refunds after that date.

Are wheelchairs and buggies allowed?

Non-racing wheelchair users may enter the 5K, 10K, and Family Mile (no age limit); the Half Marathon is not recommended due to course terrain. Buggies are permitted only in the Family Mile; bikes, stilts, roller skates, and skateboards are not allowed in any race.

Can I run with headphones or a dog?

Only bone-conduction headphones are permitted; animals are not allowed on the course, but free guide-runner support can be arranged by contacting the organizers.
