The Twist — Bodyweight Challenges
While one teammate is actively racing, the remaining teammates take part in bodyweight challenges like push-ups, Sit-ups, Mountain climbers and Burpees. The team’s performance in these challenges determines the difficulty level for the active racer’s rowing or cycling station.
Example Flow
Teammate A starts with their run.Meanwhile, the rest of the team does bodyweight challenges to determine the distance for Teammate A's station.Based on their performance, Teammate A receives a rowing or cycling distance.Teammate A completes the station.Only after both the run and machine station are completed can they tag the next teammate in.The fastest team to complete all relay legs and stations wins.
