Who can participate?
Open to all members of a Swedish athletics club (Svenska Friidrottsförbundet). There are separate women's and men's classes.
Is there a participation fee?
No — registration is free for club members. Non-members are not covered by this event.
What is the course like?
Flat asphalt course between Karlslund and Latorp, approx. 10 km, with a turn-around near a cone and course marshal.
Where can I pick up my number and chip?
At Örebro AIK's club room (Karlslunds Motionscentral) from 17:30.
What are the start times?
First wave at 19:00, then every 5 minutes based on registered time.
What is provided on course?
Water and juice at approx. 6 km and at the finish.
Where can I change and shower?
Changing rooms and showers at Karlslunds Motionscentral.
How is parking arranged?
Limited parking at finish and at Tekniskt Vattenverk (~500 m); recommended to park at Karlslunds Motionscentral and walk (~1.5 km) to start.
