A scenic 6-hour race held in Otterndorf at the See Achtern Diek, offering multiple distance options including the Gezeitenlauf, Sprottenlauf, and a 6-hour relay on a DLV-measured asphalt and gravel circuit.
Verpflegung & Versorgung
Water, tea, cola, isotonic drinks, apples, bananas, muesli bars and more available at the start/finish area. A second water station is provided halfway on the lake loop. Runners may set up tables for self-service in a designated area.
Pacer
Pacemakers will be present with Pacerflaggen at the race — refer to the 'Renntag für Laufende' schedule for target times per start wave.
