RUN for HELP is a fundraising race series supporting families of amputees, featuring kids’ and adult distances. Event emphasizes inclusion, with dedicated categories for children and for participants of various ages and distances.
Pacer
Pacemakers will be present at the event with target times displayed for each start wave (Pacerflaggen). Refer to the "Renntag für Laufende" schedule for precise start times per wave; pacing support is provided to help runners maintain goal pace.

Who can participate in RUN for HELP?
The race is open to able-bodied adults and children; children up to 15 years old may only participate with written parental consent and under the conditions specified in the rules. Specific categories exist for kids (DM6, DZ6, etc.) and for amputee athletes.
What distances are offered?
4 km and 8 km road races are offered for adults, with dedicated kids’ categories (DM6, DZ6, DM8, DZ8, DM10, DZ10, DM12, DZ12, DM14, DZ14). A non-competitive 1 km ‘NO FOOT RUN’ is available for wheelchair users and their companions.
Are there registration limits and deadlines?
Yes; the field is limited to 500 per distance (4 km and 8 km). Online registration can be changed up to 7 working days before the event for free; changes on race day cost 100 Kč if a slot is available.
What is included in the entry fee?
Entry fee includes a start number with timing chip, access to the finish area, and support from partner booths. Detailed inclusions are listed on the registration page.
