Über die Veranstaltung
A community-oriented running event in Marke ( Kortrijk) held on the first May with multiple distances through the Preshoekbos forest, organized to support Dienstencentrum Buda for people with dementia.
Verpflegung & Versorgung
Multiple drink stations along the course (waarschijnlijk 3–4), with at least one paper cup per station; some locations use boxed water. Toilets available at start/finish and at key markers. No cooling announced.
Pacer
Pacemakers are announced on the start day according to the standard program for each distance/wave. A pacer is present for the 30 km for the duration of the race, and for the 22 km for the first 8 km. Pacers wear a visible Pacer bib.
