Über die Veranstaltung

Founded in 1993 by Suzy Rhulen Loughlin and a team of dedicated volunteers, the R4 first benefitted the American Heart Association. In 1998, Suzy's father, Walter A. Rhulen, 66, a dedicated runner, local humanitarian and founder of Frontier Insurance was diagnosed with Pro Lymphocytic Leukemia. He died after a 5 month illness. The event remains a community-driven 5K benefiting blood cancer charities including the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Verpflegung & Versorgung

Water is provided at mile 1, mile 2, and at the finish line. Additional on-course refreshments may be available at aid stations.
