Über die Veranstaltung
A fast, scenic, flat 10K on Walney Island with coastal views across the Irish Sea, featuring two loops along the seafront, past wind turbines and Biggar Bank. Also includes a family-friendly Fun Run.
Verpflegung & Versorgung
Toilets available at registration the football ground and the Round House. Water stations: one just after 2 miles on Thorny Nook Lane and a further water station on Sandy Gap Lane. First aid at start/finish and at Sand Gap and Biggar Village.
Pacer
Pacers will be available for the 10K, with target times published on the Renntag schedule (start waves). Pacers must display pacer flags; runners should follow pacer instructions and UKA rules (no headphones).
