A race through the natural hills and picturesque scenery of Mount Assisi and the Mount Assisi Convent in Lemont, featuring an all‑terrain course of asphalt and grass. All participants receive a medal and a dry‑fit shirt.

On-course hydration and light refreshments provided at aid stations along the route; finish-line recovery drinks and snacks.
Pacer
Pacemaker / Pacer guidance: Pacers will be provided for the main 5K start wave to help runners maintain target times, aligned with the published “Renntag für Laufende” schedule. Pacers display race flag colors to identify their wave and assist with pacing; refer to the event’s Renntag briefing for assigned target times and pacer roles.
