What is the age limit for each distance?

RET KIDS: participants must be born after 19.04.2010. RET11 & RET22: at least 16 years old (born before 19.04.2010). RET44+/HIKE44+ & RET77: at least 18 years old (born before 19.04.2008). RET HIKE22: at least 14 years old.
