A flat and fun community 5k and kids dash in Renton, benefiting the RAVE Foundation with race-day festivities and family-friendly activities.
Verpflegung & Versorgung
Strollers are welcome. Water and light refreshments available at the course and finish. No dogs allowed.
Pacer
Pacers will be present for the 5k and Kids Dash, with target times published on the event schedule (Renntag für Laufende). Pacer groups will be identified on race day by flags and listed on the start/finish roster.

Is registration open now?
Yes, registration is open now through race day with scheduled fee changes: Early Bird (May 1–31), Regular (June 1–Sept 10), Late (Sept 11–12), Race Day (Sept 13).
Can parents/guardians run with their child in the Kids Dash?
Yes — one adult per child may participate on the course; adults do not need to register separately if only accompanying their child.
Is there in-person registration this year?
Yes, in-person registration is available on race day until 9:30 am near the race start.
When / Where is Packet Pick-Up?
Packet and race shirt pick-up opens at 8:30 am on race day near the start/finish line; look for the packet pick-up/registration tent.
Will there be awards?
Yes — awards are presented on race day for fastest males/females in each race and for Most Sounders FC Spirit per team/group.
What are the Rave Green Run prizes?
Prizes are announced on stage following the Kids Dash (~11:00–11:10 am).
Are strollers and dogs allowed on the course?
Strollers are welcome; dogs are not allowed on the course.
Where does the race start?
The race starts and finishes at Providence Swedish Performance Center and Clubhouse.
Where can I park?
Parking is available at Providence Swedish Performance Center and Clubhouse on the south side parking lot.
Do you provide free race registration?
RAVE Foundation provides free registration to underserved youth in Renton; no free registration is offered to the general public. Proceeds benefit RAVE Foundation.
Can I cancel my registration?
Registrations cannot be canceled or transferred per the registration website policy.
