Über die Veranstaltung
The club is able to consider membership applications from those aged 8yrs and above, (currently we will only offer training places to those aged 9yrs and above) there is no upper age limit. If you wish to join SAC and feel that you may have difficulty affording the fees, please contact us to see if there is a way that we may be able to help. New Juniors (i.e. those aged under 20 on 31st December). Demand for Junior membership is high and there is a waiting list for many age groups. The wait can be several months.
Verpflegung & Versorgung
On-course water stations and aid stations providing energy gels and bananas; no fizzy drinks or glass bottles — small fees apply at some stations.
Pacer
Pacers are marked with numbered flags corresponding to target times per Stourbridge Lane for each start wave; refer to the event programme and rostra for assigned pacer groups and expected finish times.

Who can compete?
Open to athletes of all abilities aged 9 and above; juniors must be under 20 on 31 December of the event year.
Do I need to pre-register?
Yes — register online in advance; on-day entries are only if places remain and are subject to a late fee.
What is the course like?
A mix of firm grass, minor roads and some muddy sections; it is a mostly out-and-back loop with one gentle climb.
Are there age categories?
Yes — separate categories for U11, U13, U15, U17, U20, and senior age groups, with distinct start times.
Is there timing and medals?
Official timing for seniors and U20; medals awarded for top three in each category.
