Unfortunately there will be no changing facilities available on the day.

Yes, headphones or music devices can be used but participants must be able to hear and follow guidance and instructions. Any runner not complying with these rules is liable to disqualification. The Race Director’s decision is final at all times. This advice is for your own safety and that of other track users.
