Über die Veranstaltung

The Staffs Knot 5 Mile organized by Stafford Harriers is the club’s premier mid-summer road racing fixture, set in and around Cannock Chase (WS12 4PW). Courses are measured and certified annually (latest: 2025), with a 5-mile competitive race and a 2-mile fun run; many runners use GPS to check the course. The event raises funds for local charities and includes club and age-group prizes.

Verpflegung & Versorgung

Water and energy drinks provided at start/finish; portable toilets along route; no bins — please take litter home.

Pacer

Pacers will be present for the 5-mile race with target times aligned to Startwelen (15:15 wave) and will carry Pacer flagen; see Renntag guidance for lead/pacer expectations. Fun run has no formal pacer support.
