FAQ on collecting donations
How do I collect donations? A few weeks before the run, you will receive a personalized link that you can share with potential donors. Your donors can donate a fixed amount on this website and pay directly online or donate per lap you run and provide their account details for the SEPA direct debit mandate. Your donors can specify a maximum amount for donations per lap. In this case, the amount will be collected automatically after the run. Will my donors receive a donation receipt? Yes, all donors will receive a donation receipt in February 2026 if they indicate on the donation form that they wish to receive one. What are the donations used for? The donations flow 100% into the worldwide humanitarian aid projects of STELP e.V. We have introduced a dual donation system, one of the most important pillars of our organization, so that we do not have to use donations for structural costs such as salaries or our rent. Our STELP partners donate earmarked funds for our internal structure, so that 100% of all remaining donations go towards our projects. At the charity run, all donations are used for our aid projects.
