A scenic trail running event through the Thuringian Forest with routes of 17.4 km (Wichteltrail), 47.5 km (Riesentrail) and 64.9 km (Heldentrail), featuring forest paths, creeks, hilltops and aid stations with food and drinks.

Pacer

The event uses pacemakers (Pacerflaggen) displayed on the race program and at the start; on-course times are provided per Startwelle. Pacers will run with each group to help runners maintain target pace.
