A popular fun run on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, taking participants from Dee Why to Manly Beach with scenic coastal routes.

Aid stations along the course with water and food available.
Pacer
Pacers will be provided for the 10km event, with target times aligned to start waves (Black: sub-50min, Pink: sub-50min; Blue: sub-60min; Purple: open). Pacers will run with flagged numbers to help participants maintain target pace.

Are there cut-off times?
Yes. 10km: 9:20am finish line (South Steyne, Manly Beach). 7km: 8:20am finish line. Specific split-time cut-offs are listed on the start-times page.
