What is included in the entry fee?

Entry fees cover race organization, chip timing, finisher medal, access to event areas, and support from volunteers. Some entry tiers include event t-shirts and other merchandise.

What equipment is required?

Mandatory equipment includes a swim cap (provided at pickup), swim goggles, and suitable wetsuit for water temperatures around 15°C. For the ski/jog portions, running shoes and comfortable sportswear are needed. Use of prohibited equipment (e.g., pull buoys beyond size limits, motorized aids) leads to disqualification.

Is there on-course support?
