Über die Veranstaltung
The Elphinstone Ascent is a welcoming introduction to trail running. The route warms runners up on the road before hitting the trails, twisting and turning through forest with achievable distance and elevation gain for all.
Verpflegung & Versorgung
On-course aid stations include CMBTA Party Aid Station (10 km; 17 km minor aid for marathon), water station at 5 km for The Coaster Ten, and mandatory foldable cup/flask/bladder required for 42 km, 21 km, and 10 km.
Pacer
The Coaster Ten is paced to be an welcoming introduction to trail running; The Coaster Half and The Elphinstone Ascent feature target times displayed on the race day schedule (Renntag) and banners at start to help pacers and participants identify target groups.
