FAQ

What is the age policy and supervision requirements?

Main course is for ages 5+. Children under 8 must be supervised by a paying adult aged 16+. Samurai waterslide is for ages 8+.

What safety measures are in place?

Commercial-grade inflatables, safety-tagged, soft landings, 200 participants max per session, trained marshals on every obstacle, first-aid tent and qualified responders onsite.

Is there a weather policy?

We run in rain or shine but pause for heavy rain and high winds. Unsustained unsafe weather may push back start times; cancellations are rare and handled via rebooking or Ninja Gift Card.
