Über die Veranstaltung
The Phantom Run is a winter fundraising trail race through the lower reaches of the North Shore trails near the Seymour River, featuring technical and non-technical trails with steep climbs and descents. The event includes hot soup and other post-race delights, and supports the local Food Bank through donated non-perishable items.
Verpflegung & Versorgung
Aid stations provide water, electrolyte drink, gels, chips, blocks/chews, cookies, and other treats. First aid supplies are available at every aid station.
Pacer
Pacemakers are available. Target times per Startwelle: 3:00 h and 3:15 h. Pacerflaggen are provided — inclusion in entry fee when stated on the event page.
