Über die Veranstaltung
A 130-mile non-stop ultramarathon along the Leeds & Liverpool Canal towpath from Liverpool to Leeds, organised by Canalrace C.I.C. with support points every 10–15 miles and a 40-hour time limit.
Verpflegung & Versorgung
Teas, coffees, hot chocolate, cola, water, squash, and basic snacks available at aid stations; hot food at selected checkpoints for unsupported runners. All runners must use personal cups at stations.
Pacer
Pacemakers will run designated start waves shown on the Renntag schedule and flagged with Pacer flagons on course. Supported runners may be paced by approved pacers; unsupported runners should note pacers are present but must not receive directional pacing assistance.
