A five-race series held at Wirral Country Park across spring to summer, featuring an 8K route repeated each month. The series offers trophies and individual awards across age categories, with entry by fee.

Pacemakers are featured for each start wave according to the published schedule (Renntag). Pacers set target times per wave and display pacer flags during the run.

What is the entry fee?
£16 per athlete per race; £64 for the series of 5 races.
What are the age categories?
Female: U18, U20, O40, O45, O50, O55, O60, O65, 70+. Male: U18, U20, O40, O45, O50, O55, O60, O65, 70+. Awards for top three females and males overall.
When are the race dates?
Series runs April–August 2026 on the 3rd Tuesday of each month: 21 Apr, 19 May, 16 Jun, 14 Jul, 18 Aug. Races start at 6:30–7:00 pm.

Yes, results are available at https://runtrue.niftyentries.com/Results and via Nifty Entries after each race.
