Über die Veranstaltung
A trail event in the Frontignes massif offering distances ranging from a gentle walk to a demanding 30 km mountain-like route, set in the natural landscapes above the Garonne and Barousse valleys.
Verpflegung & Versorgung
3 aid stations on the 30 km (liquids only), 2 aid stations on the 18 km (liquids only). Course is self-sufficient with no food service; energy gels and liquids available at stations.
Pacer
Pacemakers will be present on the 18 km and 30 km courses to help runners meet target split times shown in the programme. Flag bearers identify pacers on course; follow the pacer’s flag and timing to stay on your Start Wave pace.
