Who can participate and is there an age limit?
The race is open to everyone, with no age limit; cadets to veterans are welcome.
Are participants required to be licensed?
For competitors under 18, a FFAD license (Athlé Compétition, Athlé Entreprise or Athlé Running in date) is mandatory, plus a valid Pass Prévention Santé (PPS). For adults, a valid FFAD license (Athlé Compétition, Athlé Entreprise or Athlé Running) is mandatory.
What are the registration deadlines and on-site options?
Online registration and payment close at 18:00 the day before the race. On-site registration is possible from 08:00 to 09:00 at the Mairie of Saint-Bonnet-le-Bourg on race day.

No time limit — the event is self-paced.
