Destination Trysil is a membership organization for business activities in Trysil, owned by approx. 170 small and large businesses in Trysil. We want as many people as possible to experience all the good things Trysil has to offer. Utforsk Trysils spennende historie – fra verdens første skiklubb i 1861 og dramatiske krigshandlinger i 1940, til de første permanente skiheisene kom på 60-tallet, og videre til dagens status som Norges største skianlegg og en ledende destinasjon for stisykling.

Verpflegung & Versorgung

Food is an important part of the girls’ weekend — many restaurants in Trysil offer fantastic menus and catering (and take-away) during Trysilrypa. Several venues provide 3-course meals and options are plentiful; book well in advance.

Who is Trysilrypa for?

Trysilrypa is for girls and women — from young teens to adults — who want a active girls’ weekend in mountain terrain with hiking or running options.

Do I need to be fast?

No. Trysilrypa is not a race with required times; you compete against yourself or optionally against others, and the pace is up to you.

What should I bring?

Comfortable running/hiking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, a water bottle, and optional nutrition. Rental shoes and gear are available in Trysil.
