Über die Veranstaltung

VMX – Vånga Mountain Xtreme is a trail running event in the forests and hills around Vånga, offering 300, 600, and 1500m climb over 8, 16, and 40 km respectively. Organized by FK Göingarna with Swedish Athletics Federation sanctioning, the races take place in early October with professional logistics, prizes, and village entertainment.

Verpflegung & Versorgung

Water and sports drink (Umara) served on course, at lap ends, and at finish; food available for purchase at the finish area.

Pacer

Pacemakers are announced for each start wave on race day (Renntag för Laufende). Pacers are deployed to help runners hit target times and will be flagged; refer to the Renntag schedule on-site for precise times and pacer assignments.

Can I change distance after registration?

Yes, class changes are allowed until 30 September 2026, 23:59. Change fee: 50 SEK plus any fare difference. Contact info@vmxtreme.se with your name and desired from/to distances.

Can I transfer my entry to another person?

Yes, entries are transferable until 30 September 2026, 23:59. Transfer fee: 100 SEK. Email info@vmxtreme.se with both names and the distance.

Is there parking and how do I register?

On-site parking is available. Registration is via the online form on the homepage; late entry is possible if capacity allows, at the arena up to ~1 hour before each start.
