Über die Veranstaltung

New course for 2026! Starting at Ängsö Castle, the race features a swim to Frösåker (Viking and golf areas), a route through a nature reserve, and a finish over Bear Island back into the city. Includes post-finish hamburger, crisps, and drink; sauna and hot tub access; individual timing; and free pro photos.

Pacer

Pacemakers will be available on race day with target times displayed for each start wave (Pacerflaggen). Pacers help runners maintain desired pace throughout the course.
