A trail running event in the natural areas around Tienen and Glabbeked with three distances: 10 km, 19 km and 29 km. Approximately 80% on unpaved terrain, offering a unique running experience through private lands normally not accessible.

No on-course catering reported; participants are advised to carry their own nutrition and hydration.
Pacer
Pacemakers are announced on the race day schedule (Renntag) with target times per start wave and pacer flag guidance provided at the start and along the course.

An overall result is published along with separate results for men and women. There are no monetary prizes awarded for this event.
