A club‑organised, BTF‑sanctioned triathlon described as one of the oldest events in England (35th year). It offers sprint and standard distances with a pool swim, bike ride through North Kent countryside and Dartford, and a run in Swanley Park, aimed at athletes of all abilities.
Verpflegung & Versorgung
Water available at the station with the bands near the park exit; on‑course food and drink provided during the run.
Pacer
Pacers will be present with pacerflaggen on the start line according to Startwelle (target times published on the Renntag für Laufende page). They provide target‑time guidance, help with pacing, and ensure athletes maintain course rules; follow pacers’ instructions and the 10‑meter drafting rule.
