Pacer
Pacing is led by certified pacemakers for each Start Wave as detailed in the event schedule (Tempo Run/WPW) on the registration page. Pacers display flags and aim to help runners hold target times; registration may include specific wave times and pace descriptions.

Where and when does the event take place?
The event takes place on Friday, November 12, 2025, at the Hiram Bithorn Stadium in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The 5K starts at 7:00 AM.
Who can participate?
The event is women-focused (women, women-identifying, and non-binary participants). All fitness levels are welcome.
Do I need to bring my own bib?
Yes. Pick up your race bib at the Expo. Bring a photo ID—required for bib pickup. If you can’t attend the Expo, late packet pickup is available on-site on race day.
