A family-friendly running event in Wurzen held in honor of poet and artist Joachim Ringelnatz. It features multiple distance options on a city-center course through historic Wurzen, with awards, music, and catering.
Verpflegung & Versorgung
Cost-free target finish with drinks and snacks by Klaus-Fruchtsäfte (Wurzen), bakery Schwarze, apples from Obsthof Wurzen AG, and additional water stations (Crostigall / beside Ringelnatzgeburtshaus).
Pacer
Pacers will be present for the 5 km, 10 km, and Staffel races shown on the start/finish clock and indicated by Pacer-flag signs. Pacers run with displayed target times per start wave (Startzeiten) and will provide steady-pace assistance.

FAQ
Who can participate?
All running enthusiasts who are fit and sufficiently trained. Membership is not required. Inline skates, baby joggers, and similar aids are not allowed; dogs on leash are not permitted on the course.
How do I register and pay?
Online registration and payment are handled by our timing partner Baer-Service via the official registration page.
Where can I print my start number?
You can pick up your start packet (including printing your start number) at the registration desk on market square in Wurzen on race day from 07:30.
What happens if I need to register on race day?
Late registration is possible on the day of the event with a €5 fee. The registration desk opens at 07:30.
Are there aid stations?
Yes, water and drinks are provided at the finish and along the course (Crostigall and near the town hall).
What about refunds or transfer?
