What is the loop distance and how are rounds structured?
Each round is 6.706 km. New rounds start on the hour, signaled by three beeps—runners must start with the bell or be DNF.
What are the rules for completion and the winner?
Each round must be completed within 60 minutes. The winner is the last runner to finish a lap alone; all others are DNF.
What facilities and course features are available?
Toilets, lockers, safe deposit boxes, cold-water shower before start; ~70% natural trail, ~30% asphalt/road along the Rhine.
What time should I arrive and what is required on race day?
Arrive for warm-up; from 20:00 to 7:00 a.m. a headlamp is mandatory. Littering leads to immediate DNF.
Is there registration on the day of the event?
No—registration is online only and must be completed in advance; maximum 80 starting places.
What support and atmosphere can I expect?
A festive atmosphere with family and community support; volunteers handle setup, catering, timing, and prizes.
