A celebratory 5K (3.1 miles) for girls in grades 3–5, supported by running buddies, with aid stations, finish-line snacks, medals, T-shirts, and fun activities.

One aid station on course providing water and snacks. Runners encouraged to bring water bottles; additional water available at finish line for runners only.
Pacer
Pacemaker-led start waves are scheduled on Renntag; pacers display Pacerflaggen and target times per wave to help runners maintain goal pace.

Can parents/guardians run alongside participants?
Yes. A parent/guardian may serve as a running buddy for the 5K; they must register for the 5K and stay with the participant for the full course.
Are family and community members allowed to register?
Yes. Family, friends, and community members may register for the 5K, subject to available space.
What is included in registration?
Every registered participant who finishes receives a medal, a T-shirt, a swag bag, and snacks at the finish line.
Are there aid stations?
There is one aid station on course. Runners should bring water for spectators; additional water is provided at the finish line for runners only.
Is a waiver required?
Yes. All 5K registration forms include a liability waiver.
