Ancient Lakes is a scenic desert trail run near Quincy, WA with a cloverleaf course offering rolling terrain and open landscapes; part of the Downhill Super Series.
Verpflegung & Versorgung
Water, Gatorade, candy and various assorted sweet and salty snacks available at a central aid station hit multiple times; soup offered later in the day (after noon). Cupless aid stations — runners must carry their own hydration (minimum 16oz).
Pacer
Pacers are allowed only in the 50M race on Saturday. You may pick up a pacer for your final ~17 miles (covering your final red, green and blue loops). Pacers must sign a waiver and wear a pacer bib; see course map for pacer-allowed segments.
