Über die Veranstaltung

A 25k (15.6 mi) trail run through old-growth forest along Baker Lake shoreline, with views of Mt. Baker. The course features rolling terrain, mossy footbridges, creek crossings and two aid stations on the trail (water only). Includes transportation, aid stations, awards and finish-area food.

Verpflegung & Versorgung

On-course aid stations provide water only (no sports drink). Finish area offers hamburgers, veggie burgers, soup, variety of chips, snacks, soda, water, electrolyte replacement drink and other beverages.

Pacer

Pacers set target times per start wave shown on the 'Renntag für Laufende' page; pacer flaggen distinguish waves. Plan for a minimum of 3 hours for the half marathon and 5 hours for the marathon should you start early.

FAQ

What aid stations are available on the course?

Two aid stations on the trail: Mile ~5 (Noisy Creek) and Mile ~10.5 (Maple Grove) — water only. Finish-area aid includes hamburgers, veggie burgers, soup, chips, snacks, soda, water and electrolyte drink.

Is early start allowed?

Runners opting for an early start will not be eligible for awards and will be ranked behind all standard-start participants.

What about parking and shuttles?

Buses depart Kulshan Campground (finish) 7:30–8:00 am for the start at the north end of Baker Lake Road. Participants may also drive via SR-20 and USFS 1106; forest-service pass required to park at the trailhead.
