The Banished Brewing Five & Dime is a chip-timed road race hosted by Paradise Running Club, featuring a 5K and a 10K on the same day with awards, giveaways, and a post-race reception at Banished Brewing.

What are the time limits for the events?
5K has a 45-minute time limit (9:00/km pace); 10K has a 100-minute time limit (10:00/km pace). These ensure smooth event flow with road closures and logistics.
Do you permit walkers?
Yes, walkers are permitted as long as you can maintain the published average paces; time limits are set accordingly.
How can I guarantee a finisher medal?
Register during the Early Bird period and select the medal option. Medals are ordered based on early registration to avoid sell-outs.
Is there a different finisher medal for 2026?
Yes, a new 2026 Five & Dime medal represents both the 5K and 10K races. All medal finishers receive one medal; Banished Brewing Challenge finishers also get a beer glass.
Can I get a refund or transfer my registration?
All fees are non-refundable and registrations cannot be transferred due to waivers and event logistics. Waivers must be completed by the participant.
What do race fees cover?
Fees primarily cover event costs: finisher medals, drinks, food, prizes, and operations. The club aims to break even and donates to local charities.
